As an experienced pharmacist and dedicated leader, my mission is to inspire, motivate, and foster meaningful connections with others. In 2024, I founded RebelRx with the goal of addressing burnout, fostering professional development, and combating declining morale within the healthcare industry.

The healthcare sector experienced a significant workforce exodus in 2021, with over 300,000 individuals departing, leaving a notable impact. Given its reputation for stress, burnout, and staffing challenges, healthcare requires individuals who are passionate and committed to making a positive impact on patients' lives.

My goal is to reignite your passion and sense of purpose in healthcare, benefiting both you and your patients. I specialize in workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements that address important topics such as finding your purpose, maintaining motivation and passion in your work, and preventing or overcoming burnout.

Moreover, I provide leadership training. With over a decade of upper-level leadership experience, I've cultivated strategies to nurture teams in a supportive environment where they can thrive. I am proud to have maintained a very low turnover rate of team members throughout my continued leadership tenure by utilizing these strategies, and the overwhelming majority of team members reporting satisfied to very satisfied in their current job.
